SHIPPING POLICY

Because most orders ship via USPS and other national postage systems we can't currently provide tracking information. In the US, orders generally arrive in 7-14 Days. Deliveries to some parts of Europe can arrive as early as 10 days but in most cases 14-21 days. Orders to Central and Western Europe will arrive in 18-30. Deliveries in Asia and beyond may take as long as two months depending on your location.

Australia, I don't know whats up with you. Some Australian orders have arrived within a week of sending. Some have taken a month and a half.

Large Format Maps are printed and shipped by a third party- you should receive shipping information after you have placed your order. You prints will be sourced from the nearest printing center to you.

If you are worried about your order arriving or if it's been a while and it hasn't reached you, contact us. In some cases, we can offer insured and tracked shipping. It is not generally available as an option simply because the system does not integrate with this website well.

Our general policy is to not offer refunds on most orders as they are paper products and their expense does not warrant insurance. Your satisfaction is important to us and we are willing to send and re-send orders while footing the cost of additional shipping.

Other shipments are insured adequately to the value of the product so should a product arrive damaged, refunds are more than possible
